First, reach out and let us know how we can help. You'll then receive an email or phone call within 24 hours to schedule a day and time to do a walkthrough of your facility where we will discuss the scope of work and see how we can alleviate your current pain points. In the next 24 hours after that you will receive a written quote along with a price for service. If amenable, we will pick a start date. Building access will need to be setup prior to the start date and invoices will be sent Net 30 on the first of the month.

We operate without contracts. We only want to do business with people who want to continue to do business with us. We retain customers through our own merits and as such have no need for a binding long term agreement. Our only ask is that if there is any issue with your service that you let us know immediately and give us the opportunity to rectify the problem.

That is our favorite question to answer. Our philosophy is that quality and consistency matter. From the owners own professional experiences, there is a certain disappointment about coming in to your office in the morning to find that the trash wasn't emptied, that the same staples and sticky notes are still on the floor, and that the restrooms weren't cleaned well (or cleaned at all). While it may be a small part of the business day, it matters. Many cleaning companies in Northeast Ohio are focused on getting the job done as quickly and cheaply as possible and it's reflected in the work. We pay our cleaners more than the market rate and we don't underestimate the on-site time required to do the job properly.
